EXART Variable Valve Center Pipe for Toyota Alphard / Vellfire (40 Series Hybrid Models)

The EXART Variable Valve Center Pipe has been specifically developed for the 40 Series Toyota Alphard and Vellfire Hybrid models.

Each vehicle is 3D scanned, and the exhaust system is designed using advanced 3D CAD technology based on the scanned data. The pipe layout is optimized for the vehicle while maintaining adequate ground clearance beneath the chassis.

Both front and rear flanges are designed to match the factory specifications, allowing for a direct bolt-on installation with the OEM exhaust system.

The system features an electronically controlled variable valve operated by an electric motor. The valve can be opened or closed using the included remote controller.

When the valve is opened, the exhaust note transforms into a sporty and enjoyable sound while minimizing unpleasant cabin drone, allowing even hybrid vehicle owners to experience a more engaging exhaust tone.

When the valve is closed, the sound level is reduced to near-stock quietness, making it suitable for residential areas, early morning departures, and late-night driving where noise consideration is important.

Because the valve can be controlled as soon as the ignition is switched on, the engine can be started with the valve already in the closed position.
