Refund policy
1. General Policy
All items are made-to-order.
No cancellations, refunds, or returns are accepted after order confirmation.
2. Manufacturing Defects
Limited to:
・Manufacturing defects
・Incorrect product
・Missing components
Report within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos.
If confirmed as a defect:
→ We will remake and resend at no cost.
3. Shipping Damage
・Claims must be made through the carrier’s compensation system.
・Report visible damage to the carrier upon delivery.
・We will assist with the claim process but cannot exceed the carrier's compensation limit.
・In high-risk regions, shipping insurance is recommended.
4. Non-eligible Cases
・Installation errors
・Sound/performance differing from expectations
・Vehicle-specific variances or part interference
・Customer ordering mistakes
・Delays due to customs
・Damage from racing or misuse
