We are pleased to introduce our new EXART front pipe for the Toyota Alphard / Vellfire 30 Series facelift model, equipped with the 3.5L V6 2GR-FKS engine.
This product is designed for both the GGH30W 2WD and GGH35W 4WD models, expanding compatibility while maintaining the sound quality and response that EXART is known for.

One of the key points of this front pipe is the optimized layout from the left and right banks to the merge section. On the Alphard / Vellfire platform, the rear bank exhaust route tends to be short due to the transverse V6 engine layout. This can easily create a difference in exhaust flow between the front and rear banks.

To address this, we designed the front pipe layout to extend the rear-side pipe route as much as possible while reducing the difference between both banks.
The merge section is also carefully designed with a gentle merge angle. By allowing the exhaust flow from both banks to join smoothly, this layout helps improve exhaust efficiency and overall response.

Compared with the factory front pipe, the difference in pipe routing and merge layout is clear. This product is not only about appearance — it is designed so that the change can be felt through sound and throttle response after installation.
The exhaust sound becomes cleaner and more refined, with reduced roughness at low RPM. At higher RPM, the sound becomes smoother and more enjoyable, allowing the driver to feel the character of the 3.5L V6 engine more clearly in everyday driving.
