1. 配送方法

日本国内への配送

日本国内の配送先に対応した配送方法で発送します。送料と配送方法は、商品サイズ、お届け先、出荷時の条件などに基づいて決定します。

海外への配送

主に日本郵便EMS、FedEx等の配送サービスを利用します。配送方法は仕向国、商品のサイズ、重量、配送条件等によって異なります。

2. 製作期間

EXART製品は受注生産品です。

通常の製作期間は約4〜6週間です。

製品仕様、生産状況、工場の休業期間等によって前後することがあります。製作完了後、発送いたします。

3. 送料

送料はご購入時に表示するか、商品完成後に確定する最終梱包サイズ・重量等に基づき、発送前に別途ご案内いたします。

別途送料のお支払いが必要な場合は、発送手配前に決済方法をご案内します。

4. 配送日数の目安

海外配送の場合、一般的な目安は以下のとおりです。

・EMS：5〜10営業日

・FedEx：3〜7営業日

いずれも目安であり、到着日を保証するものではありません。国内配送の日数は、お届け先と利用する配送サービスによって異なります。

5. 追跡情報

発送後、追跡情報が利用可能な場合はメールでご案内します。

6. 関税・税金

日本国内への販売には、日本の消費税に関する法令が適用されます。

海外配送の場合、輸入関税、VAT/GST、通関手数料、検査・保管料等は原則として購入者または輸入者の負担となります。

当ストアでは、輸入税額の確定見積もりや税金の還付代行は行っておりません。

7. 受注生産品の変更・キャンセル

ご注文確定後のお客様都合による変更・キャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。ただし、適用法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

8. 製品保証

EXART製品には、製造上の不具合に関するメーカー保証が適用されます。

誤った取付け、他社製品との干渉、競技使用、外部からの衝撃、通常の摩耗や腐食、改造に起因する不具合等については、原則として対象外となります。

保証についてのお問い合わせには、注文番号、写真・動画、車両情報、取付け状況等をご提出ください。

保証の詳細は、製品ごとの保証条件および適用法令に従います。

1. Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping — Japan

Orders shipped within Japan are dispatched using an appropriate domestic delivery service. Shipping methods and charges depend on the destination, package dimensions, and other shipping conditions.

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped using Japan Post EMS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier. Available services depend on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and shipping requirements.

2. Production Lead Time

EXART products are made to order.

The typical production lead time is 4–6 weeks.

Actual lead times may vary depending on product specifications, production schedules, and factory closures. Orders are dispatched after production is completed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or quoted separately before dispatch once the final package dimensions, weight, and shipping conditions are confirmed.

Where shipping is payable separately, payment instructions will be provided before shipment is arranged.

4. Estimated Transit Times

Typical international transit times are:

・EMS: 5–10 business days

・FedEx: 3–7 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Domestic transit times vary by destination and carrier.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after dispatch when available.

6. Duties and Taxes

Sales delivered within Japan are subject to applicable Japanese consumption tax regulations.

For international shipments, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, inspection charges, and storage fees are generally the responsibility of the buyer or importer.

We do not provide binding import tax quotations or tax refund services.

7. Made-to-Order Cancellations

Changes or cancellations for a change of mind are generally not accepted after an order is confirmed.

This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

8. Warranty

EXART products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Issues caused by improper installation, interference with aftermarket components, racing use, external impact, normal wear or corrosion, or unauthorized modifications are generally excluded.

Warranty inquiries should include your order number, photos or videos, vehicle details, and installation information.

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the applicable product warranty terms and relevant laws.
