販売価格・税金

EXART Global Storeでは、日本国内および海外のお客様にEXART製品を販売しています。

商品価格および適用される税金は、お届け先の国・地域に応じて異なります。日本国内への販売には日本の消費税が適用されます。商品価格・税額・お支払い総額は、ご注文時の表示をご確認ください。

海外への輸出取引については、適用される税法に従って取り扱います。

製造国

EXART製品は日本国内で製造されています（Made in Japan）。

ただし、日本で製造されていることや日本国内の認証を取得していることは、海外の排ガス・騒音・公道使用に関する法規制への適合を保証するものではありません。

商品代金以外の必要料金

・日本国内および海外への送料

・海外配送の場合、輸入先の関税・VAT/GST・通関手数料等

・銀行振込を利用する場合の振込手数料

・あと払い（ペイディ）の支払方法に応じた手数料

送料は、ご注文時に表示するか、最終梱包サイズ等が確定した段階で別途ご案内します。海外輸入時の関税等は、原則として購入者の負担となります。

販売数量

商品は受注生産のため、生産状況によって数量制限が生じる場合があります。

商品の引渡時期

通常の製作期間はご注文確定後約4〜6週間です。

製品仕様、生産状況、年末年始・ゴールデンウィーク・夏季休業等によって前後する場合があります。

製作完了後、発送手続きを行います。配送日数はお届け先および配送方法によって異なります。

お支払い方法

当ストアでは、以下のお支払い方法をご利用いただけます。

・クレジットカード（Visa、Mastercard、American Express、JCB等）

・銀行振込（前払い）

・あと払い（ペイディ）：日本国内への配送を伴う対象注文のみ

あと払い（ペイディ）について

あと払い（ペイディ）は、株式会社Paidyが提供する決済サービスです。

ご利用にはPaidy所定の審査があり、ご注文金額やお客様の利用状況等によってはご利用いただけない場合があります。

3回払い・6回払い・12回払いは、Paidyの利用条件を満たすお客様が対象です。 分割払いの利用可否および選択できる支払回数は、Paidy側の審査・利用条件によって異なります。

Paidyのご利用代金は、Paidyが定める請求方法および支払期限に従ってお支払いいただきます。

3回・6回・12回あと払いの分割手数料は、口座振替・銀行振込の場合は無料です。 ただし、銀行振込には金融機関所定の振込手数料がかかります。コンビニ払いにはPaidy所定の支払手数料が発生します。

なお、Paidyのご利用によって商品の製作・発送期間が短縮されるものではありません。

各決済方法の利用可否・お支払い条件は、購入手続き時の表示および各決済サービスの案内をご確認ください。

キャンセル・返品

EXART製品は受注生産品のため、ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・変更・返品は原則としてお受けできません。

ただし、商品に製造上の不具合がある場合、誤配送や付属品の不足がある場合には対応いたします。商品到着後7日以内を目安にご連絡ください。

本規定は、適用法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

製品の適合・使用

車両適合および使用地域の法規制を必ずご確認ください。JQR認証は該当する日本国内の保安基準に関するものであり、海外での適法性を保証するものではありません。

競技専用製品は公道で使用できない場合があります。

Prices and Taxes

EXART Global Store serves customers in Japan and internationally.

Product prices and applicable taxes vary depending on the shipping destination and relevant tax regulations. Japanese consumption tax applies to domestic sales. Please review the product price, applicable taxes, and total amount payable during checkout.

International export transactions are handled in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Country of Manufacture

EXART products are manufactured in Japan.

Japanese manufacture or certification does not guarantee compliance with emissions, noise, or road-use regulations outside Japan.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may include domestic or international shipping, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, bank transfer fees, and applicable Paidy payment fees.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout or quoted separately once the final shipping details are confirmed. For international deliveries, import-related charges are generally the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Quantities

Products are made to order. Quantity restrictions may apply depending on production capacity.

Production and Dispatch

The typical production lead time is 4–6 weeks after order confirmation.

Lead times may vary depending on product specifications, production schedules, and factory closures, including Japanese national holidays.

Orders are dispatched after production is completed. Transit times depend on the destination and shipping service.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be available:

・Major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB

・Advance bank transfer

・Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later), for eligible orders shipped within Japan only

Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Paidy is a payment service provided by Paidy Inc. and is available for eligible orders shipped within Japan.

All Paidy transactions are subject to approval. Eligibility may depend on the order amount, the customer's account status, and Paidy's assessment.

Eligible customers may be offered 3-, 6-, or 12-installment payment options, depending on Paidy's eligibility requirements and applicable terms.

Payment schedules, due dates, and applicable fees are determined by Paidy and the selected repayment method.

There are no installment fees for eligible 3-, 6-, or 12-installment payments when paying by direct debit or bank transfer. However, bank transfers may incur fees charged by the customer's financial institution. Convenience store payments are subject to fees set by Paidy.

Choosing Paidy does not shorten made-to-order production or shipping times.

Payment availability and the applicable terms are displayed during checkout or communicated by the relevant payment provider.

Cancellations and Returns

As EXART products are made to order, cancellations, changes, and returns for a change of mind are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or has missing components, please contact us within seven days of delivery whenever possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Product Fitment and Legal Compliance

Customers must verify vehicle compatibility and compliance with local regulations before purchasing or using a product.

JQR certification, where applicable, relates to Japanese regulatory requirements and does not establish approval for use overseas.

Products intended for competition use may not be legal for public-road use.
