EXART 可變閥門中段排氣管專為 40 系列 Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 混合動力車型開發。
每輛車都經過 3D 掃描，排氣系統則根據掃描數據使用先進的 3D CAD 技術設計。管道佈局經過優化以適應車輛，同時確保底盤下方的離地間隙充足。
前後法蘭均設計為符合原廠規格，可直接與 OEM 排氣系統螺栓安裝。
該系統配備一個由電動馬達控制的電子可變閥門。閥門可使用隨附的遙控器開啟或關閉。
當閥門開啟時，排氣聲浪轉變為運動且悅耳的聲音，同時最大程度地減少不悅耳的車內共鳴，讓混合動力車主也能體驗更具吸引力的排氣聲調。
當閥門關閉時，音量會降低到接近原廠的寧靜程度，適用於需要考慮噪音的住宅區、清晨出發和深夜駕駛。
由於閥門在點火開啟後即可立即控制，因此可以在閥門已關閉的情況下啟動引擎。
