這款前管專為搭載 2GR-FE 引擎的改款前 Alphard 和 Vellfire GGH20W 和 GGH30W 車型設計。
由於 V6 引擎採用橫向安裝佈局，排氣系統在前後排氣歧管處均從三合一，然後在前管處從二合一。二合一的匯合點位於中央管入口之前。在原廠設計中，前側管（位於引擎下方）較長，而後側管較短。
EXART 前管延長了後側管，使兩根管的長度相等，並使二合一匯合處的角度更加銳利。這種設計旨在改善油門反應並增強排氣聲品質。
連接法蘭的形狀與原廠零件相同，可以直接螺栓固定安裝。
