本款頭段排氣管專為搭載2GR-FKS引擎的Alphard和Vellfire GGH30W小改款車型設計。
由於採用橫置V6引擎佈局，排氣系統在前後排氣歧管處均從三合一，然後在頭段處進一步從二合一。這個二合一的匯合點位於中段排氣管入口的正前方。在原廠配置中，前側排氣管（在引擎下方運行）較長，而後側排氣管較短。
EXART 頭段排氣管延長了後側排氣管，使兩根排氣管的長度相等，並使二合一匯合段的角度更銳利。此設計旨在改善油門反應並增強排氣聲浪品質。
連接法蘭的形狀與原廠零件相同，可直接螺栓安裝。
